Chia Seed and Oat Breakfast Jar
Ingredients
20g Chia seeds
20g Wholemeal oats
100ml Almond milk
100g Vanilla yogurt (Coyo coconut yogurt would be alot better)
1/2 Medium banana
10 Blueberries
Method
1. Combine the chia seeds, wholemeal oats and almond milk and leave to soak overnight.
2. The next morning, layer the chia seed and oat mix in a cup with the yogurt, blueberries and banana.
It's really that easy.
